Deka Evleri Apartment - Izmir

Excellent apartment, exactly what we were looking for!!!

Exceptionally nice and comfy location just off Izmir, and the central park, everything really good. Good value, nothing to complain about.

The apartment was unbelievably comfortable and spotlessly clean - a complete paradise for a young traveler! The landlord Cagri was super helpful and quick to fulfill our every request. Having a water dispenser in the apartment was so convenient! Plus, there was a bakery in the next building with the most delicious pastries and a nearby cafe serving homemade food. The best part? We could easily reach the apartment from the airport via the metro - way more affordable than a transfer. My only advice would be to have navigation on hand for those who struggle with directions. Highly recommend this amazing apartment and its wonderful amenities!

Quiet atmosphere, magnificent location just off airport, Eefes and other locations and more and several markets. Got private bathroom with a bath.

The location of this property is fantastic, with a bakery just around the corner and within walking distance of the Hilal station. It's a quiet area with a neighborly feel, and there are plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is extremely clean and well-maintained, with no hint of cigarette smoke anywhere. The owners, Demet and Cagri, are hands-on and helpful, even going above and beyond to track down our lost luggage. The apartment has everything you could need, including a coffee maker and a washing machine.

There were a few cleanliness issues with the small kitchen appliances, such as the water boiler and some cups. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, leading to mini floods during our showers.

We stayed at a small apartment in a great location, close to the city center and a beautiful park. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We were able to collect the keys ourselves, made check-in easy. The host was helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Located in a peaceful area, away from city noise. The host, Cagri, provides impeccable service and speaks English fluently. Free cold water refills are a nice touch. Adorable neighborhood cats. Conveniently close to central park and train station.

The property had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to complimentary tea and coffee supplies. The location was also great, with nearby attractions and a short walk to the train station. Safety features were a plus, as I felt secure during my stay.

Just loved how I had to figure out how to book my stay for the day before my arrival! Such a fun little game to play with check-in times.

It was our first time visiting Türkiye, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. the apartment was incredibly clean and nicely decorated, with lots of sunlight and all the amenities we needed. the location was peaceful, right next to a beautiful park, and conveniently close to the main train stations. the best part of our stay was our host, Çagri. He was the kindest and most hospitable host we've ever encountered. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, even calling tour companies and walking us to the train station. Thank you, Çagri, for making our visit to Türkiye so special!

Our stay at Deka Evleri was such a great value for the money! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was central and convenient, with plenty of nearby cafes and stores. The staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The property was immaculately clean and had thoughtful amenities, such as a triple lock on the door and a washing machine. Demet and Cagri, the owners, were hands-on and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. a wonderful stay at Deka Evleri.
